2008: Crazy Eights

The ultrasound showed we were expecting seven, to be the Lucky Seven litter. Oops! An xray count and in January, 2008 out came eight solid liver pups now known as the infamous Crazy Eight litter from our Giddy and Griffin, aka CH Kist Mi’s Impressive Griffin MH.

We expected great things from this litter and great things are happening! The Crazy Eights are instinctively birdy with great noses. With beautiful dark dark liver coats, they have won points and placements from the puppy classes.

Izzy took the 2008 German Shorthaired Pointer Club of Canada show weekend by storm . Shown by Sherry at 6.5 months of age she started the weekend cluster with a bang! First day shown as junior puppy: Winners Bitch for 5 points, Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Sporting Group! Izzy followed that by winning her sweepstakes and regular class at Nationals and winning her classes each day at the Stormont Dundas and Glengarry shows! She was Best Puppy in Breed all four days! The weekend before, at the Ballston Spa shows, she took her first AKC points shown by owner Mary Beerworth in the 6-9 month class! What a start!

Storme ~ HHH Place your Bets is owned and loved by Kim Leeman. Storme placed 4th in the Canadian Nationals puppy sweepstakes in junior puppy, third in the regular class and was 2nd place junior puppy in the all four Stormont shows shown by her owner.
